- Age: At Spa Minérale we offer a complete line of "Young Spa-Goer" treatments for those ages 13-17. Children under age 13 are not permitted in Spa Minerale, but may visit the Image Center, when accompanied by an adult, for hair, make-up and nail treatments.
- Attire: Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort.
- Cancellations: Kindly observe an 8-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel will result in the full charge of the scheduled service.
- Promptness: To allow time to change and begin your relaxation with a shower, steam, sauna or whirlpool, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your spa service. As a courtesy to our guests, all appointments begin and end on time.
- Facility Fee: There is a Spa facility fee. Use of the spa facility is complimentary for guests with scheduled spa services.
- For Your Comfort: We highly discourage shaving immediately prior to treatments.
- For Your Safety: Please be sure to inform your service provider if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart ailments or any condition that may prohibit your taking heat, massage or skin care therapies. We highly discourage alcohol consumption prior to, during or immediately following Spa treatments. Please avoid immediate sun exposure following skin care therapy.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards may be purchased for any treatment, package or dollar amount. Cards must be presented at the time of the service to be redeemed. The Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are non-refundable and expire in 18 months.
- Gratuity: For groups of 5 or more, a 20% gratuity will be added to all services.
- Personal Possessions: We request that you do not bring valuables to the Spa.
- Prices and Payments: All prices are subject to change. The Spa accepts all major credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks.
- Reservations: Advance reservations for services are highly recommended. Before your arrival, you may call (703) 729-4036 or, if you are already a guest in the resort, please call extension 4036. We welcome “spur of the moment” requests and will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
- Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased at the Spa, it must be returned within 10 days of the purchase, with proof of purchase, in order to receive a credit or to exchange it for a more suitable product.
- Spa Cuisine: A complete, healthy spa-oriented menu is available for your enjoyment. Please inquire at the Front Desk for a spa menu.
- Smoking: We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking while in the Spa.
